					<description>Google Checkout's promotion rocks! But if you take it away, then I don't see how Checkout is significantly better than PayPal. In some cases it is worse. For example, merchant registration requires a social security number / tax id. Buyers MUST create a Google account in order to purchase. Requiring stuff like that upfront makes me really turns me off.

But, overall, it's a steal.
