As you likely know, backward links are very important for your page to be ranked well in search engines. A link from a strong domain could really help your rankings.

Now you can get a backward link from a Google domain. Weboptimizer.com was able to do it by becoming an AdWords Qualified Company. You’ll notice the link placement near the bottom of this page.

The significance, however, of becoming an AdWords Qualified Company or Individual is more than just limited to a link from a Google domain. It’s a great way to gain some credibility for yourself as an AdWords manager. I’m sure more and more companies will be looking for similar credentials in the future. I have enrolled in the program and I look forward to being AdWords Qualified in 90 days.
