Here are a few places where you can get a cheap domain and website:

• HostMonster is likely the best of any listed below. If you require advanced options then this is definitely the best choice. The remaining options are good if you don’t have experience in web development.
• Yahoo! Small Business offers a domain and page creator for $1.99 for new customers. Comes with customer service, DNS control, email forwarding, and other basic features.
• Microsoft Office Live is currently free if you sign up now but will cost $19.95 per month after the beta period. You can see all of the features here.
• Google Apps for your domain is totally free (during beta at least) but you need to bring your own domain.
