Online Backup
Looking for a reliable and inexpensive way to backup your files online? Try Mozy. You simply sign up, download it to your computer, select which files you want to backup, and then you can relax. Don’t think “I’ll do it latter.” A fatal crash could be just around the corner and you may lose those cool digital pictures which only exist on your computer. It’s off site and automatic, so you are guaranteed to be okay if something happen to your computer.
The other cool thing is that you can get more space for free! They give you 2GB to begin with and then you get an additional Gig for every four friends you refer. What an excellent marketing technique!
I love bootstrapping and things like Mozy online backup prevent me from ever using things that cost more than $0.

Well, I lasted a day on the free stuff and then I jut had to spend the four bucks a month to get the 30 GB version of Mozy. I was just so reassuring when I woke up this morning to see the notice from Mozy saying that my files were backup while I was sleeping. However, I was concerned about some of the less important files that I wasn’t able to fit in the free 2GB. So, I made the purchase and I am feeling good!

How is IBackup better than Mozy? Just looking at it briefly, it seems that IBackup is much more expensive, $9.95 a month for 5GB, as compared to Mozy which is $4.95 a month for 30GB. That is quite the difference. Almost 12 times as expensive!
